Shipping & returns

How long will it take to get my order?

We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5-12 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way!

How can I track my order?

Tracking is easy! Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can plug that number directly into the Track Your Order page right here in our navigation menu to see live updates.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because we aim to ship out orders as fast as possible, we can only make changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placement. Please email us immediately at lukesnexora@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll do our best to catch it!

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our store is built on Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. All checkout data is encrypted using SSL technology to ensure your personal and financial information is 100% protected.

What is your return policy?

We love our products and hope you do too! We offer a 15-day return policy for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Just reach out to our team at lukesnexora@gmail.com to initiate a return.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged or defective, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly send out a brand-new replacement free of charge.
