Processing Time:

All orders are processed and shipped within **1–3 business days** of purchase.

Shipping Estimates

Our current estimated shipping times are as follows:

* **Australia & New Zealand:** 5–12 days
* **Europe:** 5–12 days
* **Rest of the World:** 7–12 days

*If you have just received a shipment notification, please allow **1–3 working days** for the tracking information to update in the system.*

Wrong Address Disclaimer

**FurNaturals** is not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information provided at checkout. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying shipping information in your order confirmation email—please review it carefully.

Packages Marked as "Delivered"

If an item is marked as "Successfully Delivered" by your domestic postal service (e.g., USPS, Canada Post, etc.) to the correct address but you have not received it:

1. Contact your local post office immediately.
2. Obtain a **formal affidavit** or report for a lost/stolen package.
3. Send the documentation to **support@furnaturals.com**.

Once we receive the formal report, we will endeavor to resend a replacement order at our discretion. Please note that **refunds cannot be issued** in this specific scenario.

Import Taxes & Refusal of Packages

We are not responsible for any **Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees** under any circumstances. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

If an order arrives in your country and is abandoned or returned because:

* The customer refuses to accept the package.
* No attempt is made by the customer to collect the package after a failed delivery.

We reserve the right to abandon the package and will not be responsible for any refund.
